Just wanted to get everyones opinion and see if everyone thinks you should be able to weigh your dog the night before you pull at the APA Nationals, so you can go ahead and feed your dog and get ready for war the next day, Im voting Yes, MMA Fighters and Boxer's Do, and if you dont want to "DONT" thats your choice but give them that want to an option.. we have some APA board members that I have faith in , and Im pretty sure they will consider what the pullers have to say, I dont see the harm in it..
Everybody Please Vote !!!

Good topic Mr Mealer. I voted yes and in talking to my son Eli he also agrees. People are cutting weight for the best % that's the format. At least with the 12-18 hours to fill out the dogs that are coming in "lean" will look better... I still and always will be most weight pulled it is a "who has the strongest dog" contest not who will suck up just right.

I prefer to go with most weight pulled per class myself. I don't really see the point in weighing in the night before it would cause to much of an uproar with those that take the sport a little to serious. But really I could care less either way, I feed my dogs everyday the same amount regardless whatever they weigh at show is what they weigh.

I voted Yes! that way the dog is at his prime on the day of the pull. I understand the whole cut weight plan but in order to cut weight you are starving the muscle's of nutrients and water it needs for strength. Right? I know I am new to this but its like engines you cant beat cubic inches you can stroke a 289 to over 349 but a good 427 still kicks it but?? Right ? Roy
